This refreshing vegan smoothie, is truly a delight. It’s fresh, full of antioxidants, really easy to prepare and trust me you will get hooked on to this one!

Ingredients
Mango- 1 cup
Orange juice-3/4 cup
Orange zest- 1 tsp
Chia seeds- 1 tbsp
Banana- 1 frozen
Coconut milk-3/4 cup
Strawberries- 1/2 cup
Beetroot- a few small pices for a lovely color
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Chis seeds- 1 tsp
Instructions
1.In a blender add mango, orange juice, zest,1/2 a frozen banana and blend it well. Put
this is a bowl, add 1 tsp chia seeds,mix it well and pour this is a glass/ small bottle.
2.In the blender add 1/2 frozen banana ,strawberries, beetroot, vanilla and coconut milk and blend it well until smooth. Pour this on top of the mango mixture. Serve cold.
