Vegan Coffee Ice cream made without refined sugar


This delicious vegan coffee ice cream is not only healthy and sugar free but is downright delicious ,extremely easy to prepare and is made with just a few simple ingredients.







Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients


Banana -2

Peanut butter -2 tbsp

Ground peanuts (optional)- a handful

Coconut cream - 4 tbsp

Raw honey/Raw brown sugar -1-2 tbsp

Ground coffee powder-1 tbsp or more if you like.



Directions


1.Blend all the coffee ice cream ingredients in a blender until it’s a smooth paste. Transfer it in moulds /an airtight container and freeze it overnight.


2.For best results, gently stir every 1-2 hours until the Ice cream is frozen. This would help in getting a very smooth texture.


3.Once done, scoop out the ice cream and serve it in cones / cups. Enjoy.
