Vegan Chia Seed Pudding


This Vegan simple, healthy and delicious chia seed pudding is creamy and flavourful recipe topped with fresh fruits or granola.This recipe is full of fibre, protein and healthy fats   Besides , you can prepare this a day before and it stays well in the fridge for up tp 3 days.

Ingredients


  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milj or (cow’s milk if you are not vegan)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ teaspoon honey

  • 1/2teaspoon cinnamon

  • Salt-pinch


Optional toppings


  • Any fresh seasonal fruits

  • Berries

  • Chopped nuts or granola

  • Coconut flakes

  • Honey

  • Fruit compote (optional)


Instructions


1.In a jar, combine the milk, chia seeds,honey, salt and cinnamon. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for 5-6 hours then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling for 8 hours or overnight for the pudding to set.


2.Serve with toppings like fruit, nuts, coconut flakes or honey as desired.
