½ cup unsweetened coconut milj or (cow’s milk if you are not vegan)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ teaspoon honey
1/2teaspoon cinnamon
Salt-pinch
Optional toppings
Any fresh seasonal fruits

Chopped nuts or granola
Coconut flakes
Honey
Fruit compote (optional)
Instructions
1.In a jar, combine the milk, chia seeds,honey, salt and cinnamon. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for 5-6 hours then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling for 8 hours or overnight for the pudding to set.
