The best homemade granola with maple yogurt

This granola recipe is by far hands down the best EVERRRR......Its quick, easy,healthy,wholesome and super delicious. So if you are in search of a perfect, crunchy and truly delicious recipe, then this is it.....!!!!









Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are-




Ingredients for the granola

Organic rolled oats-150 gm

Organic steel cut oats-25 gm

Desiccated coconut-70 gm

Mix of pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds-100 gm

Almonds-60 gm

Pistachios-50 gm

Walnuts-50 gm

Hazelnuts-50 gm

Cinnamon-1 tsp

Ingredients for the syrup

Raw organic brown sugar-35 gm

Butter-60 gm

Raw organic honey-120 ml

Pure vanilla extract- 1tsp

Ingredients for the maple yogurt

Yogurt- 1.5 cup

Organic maple syrup- 1 tsp

Vanilla extract-1/2tsp


Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. In a baking tray add all the ingredients of the granola and bake it for 10 minutes.

  2. In a pan add the ingredients for the syrup and give it a good stir until the syrup is thick and caramelised.

  3. Remove the granola tray from the oven, add the hot syrup to it and give it a good mix and bake it once again for 10-15 min. Once done ,remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.

  4. In a bowl, add all the ingredients of the maple yogurt and give it a good mix. Add some of the granola to this yogurt. Serve cold.
