Pomelo -280gm
Cherry tomato -8-10
Green beans (blanched)60 gm
Roasted peanuts -4 tbsp
Roasted Dessicated coconut-1 tbsp
Garlic-1/2 tbsp
Fried onion-1 small onion
Cilantro-a handful
Ingredients for the dressing
Fish sauce 1.5 tbsp
Lemon juice -2 lemons
Tamarind paste -1 tbsp
Raw brown sugar- 1 tbsp
Directions
1.In a bowl add all the ingredients of the dressing and mix it well until all the flavours are well combined. Adjust the seasonings if needed.
2.In a salad bowl , add all the ingredients of the salad and mix it well. Pour the dressing on top and mix it again. Garnish with fried onion , roasted peanuts and lemon wedges.
