Thai chicken skewers in a Thai red curry sauce


These mouthwatering spicy and succulent Thai Chicken Skewers are marinated in a flavourful combination of Thai red curry paste along with Thai herbs and spices which make for a perfect dinner, are very easy to prepare and can be made in no time.







Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients


Chicken-160 pm

Coconut Milk-3 tbsp

Basil-10-12 leaves

Kaffir lime leaves -6-7 leaves

Fish sauce -1 tbsp

Palm sugar / raw brown sugar -1tsp

Thai red curry paste -1.5 tbsp

Water -4 tbsp


Directions


1.In a pan add oil, red curry paste and fry it for 2 minutes . Add coconut milk ,water ,basil leaves ,kaffir lime leaves ,fish sauce , palm sugar and mix it well. Let it cook for 2 minutes and switch the gas off.


2.In a bowl , take boneless chicken strips and marinade it well with the cooked paste.


3.In a grill pan, add oil , and fry the chicken skewers. Once done serve hot with Thai sweet and sour sauce.
