Thai Chicken Cutlets


These Thai chicken cutlets are unbelievably flavourful ,succulent,healthy and can be prepared very quickly! The main ingredient used in this dish is the Thai Red curry paste which adds a lot of flavour to this mouthwatering dish!

Ingredients


Chicken mince -300 gm

Egg yolk -1

Beans blanced -3-4 (finely chopped)

Kaffir lime leaves-8-10chopped(finely chopped)

Coriander roots -2tbsp

Garlic-5

White pepper powder-1 tsp

Sugar -2 tsp

Fish sauce 3 tbsp

Garnish -fried basil ,Thai red chilli


Directions


1.Using a mortar and pestle ,pound the coriander roots ,white pepper and garlic until it’s a smooth paste and keep it aside.


2.In a bowl, add the chicken mince ,Red Thai curry paste ,Fish sauce ,egg yolk ,palm sugar , green beans (blanched) ,kaffir lime leaves and the pounded mixture and give it a good mix.


3.Take some chicken mince and make round cutlet size shape and keep it aside .


4.In a pan, add oil and fry the cutlets on both the sides for a few minutes or until done .


5.Garnish with fried basil and Thai red chilli. Serve hot .
