Sweet lime cups with a sweet and sour dressing.


This is the most delicious fruit salad recipe you will ever make. It’s quick, easy ,really healthy and can be prepared in 15 minutes.







Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients for the salad


Sweet lime - 4 cut into half

Cherry tomatoes- a few

Blanched beans- a handful of(blanched and sliced)

Roasted peanuts- 2 tbsp

Desiccated coconut- 1 tbsp

Fried garlic-for garnish.



Ingredients for the dressing


Lemon juice- 1.5 tbsp

Fish sauce-4 tbsp

Tamarind paste- 2 tsp

Thai chilli-3

Garlic- 3 chopped

Raw brown sugar/palm sugar-n 2 tbsp



Directions


1.In a bowl add all the ingredients of the dressing and keep it aside.


2.Cut the sweet lime into two halves. Remove its pulp and keep the shells aside.


3.In a bowl, add the sweet lime, cherry tomatoes, blanched beans, coconut, roasted peanuts ,add the dressing and give it a mix.


4.Garnish with fried garlic and mint leaves.Serve cold
