This recipe is quick easy,healthy and very delicious. If you like Asain food then this is a perfect dish for a qucik and easy luch or dinner. You can serve this along with rice,noodles or enjoy it as an appetizer too.

1.Chicken breast cut into cubes - 2
2.Arrowroot flour -1.5 tbsp
3.Light soya sauce (kikkoman brand)-5 tbsp
4.Raw brown sugar -1 tsp
5.Siracha hot sauce/chili sauce - 2 tbsp
6.Sesame oil- 1.5 tbsp
7.Big red chili -1 or red capsicum - few cut cubes
8.Onions - 1/2 cut in cubes
9.Blanched broccoli -3- 4 pieces
10.Spring onion greens for garnish and extra flavour
11.Garlic-5-6 chopped
Directions
1.In a bowl add light soya sauce, brown sugar, siracha / chili sauce, sesame oil ,mix it well and keep it aside.
2.In a bowl ,add chicken, add arrowroot flour and mix it well and keep it aside.
3.In a pan add olive oil, fry garlic , capsicum and onion for a minute . Add the chicken and cook them until it’s well cooked. Add the soya sauce mixture (from point 1) . Toss it well. Garnish it with spring onion greens and big red chilli (optional). Serve hot with rice / noodles.
