This recipe is incredibly tasty,wholesome and easy to prepare. It's got a very intense flavour, a beautiful aroma and a whole lot of spices which makes this dish unbelievably delicious

Ingredients
Curry leaves -1 cup to deep fry + 8-10 extra leaves for the green masala.
Garlic- 3-4 cloves chopped
Prawns -6-8 medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 1- 2 tbsp
Black pepper- to taste
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Sliced onion- 1
Green chilli - 2 or as per taste
Salt- to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Directions
1.Marinade the prawns in salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2.Deep fry the curry leaves, but make sure they don’t turn black and crispy or else it will become bitter.
3.In a blender, add the fried curry leaves, garlic, turmeric ,salt, little water and blend it well until it becomes like a thick chutney. (The consistency should be thick and not runny).
4.In a pan, add ghee, fry the garlic, onion ,green chili , 8-10 curry leaves and fry it until it’s golden brown . Now add the chutney , a little water if required and continue to cook it for a few minutes. It should look like a semi gravy preparation).
5.Add the prawns , and continue to fry it until the prawns are cooked. Once done, garnish with fried curry leaves . Serve hot.
