Directions
1.Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in a bowl and keep it aside .
2.Blanch the beetroot and keep it aside .
3.In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients of the salad , pour the dressing on top of the salad and mix it well. Garnish with goat cheese and serve cold .
