This recipe is one of my favourite recipe's in seafood. Fillets of fish marinated in ginger garlic paste and all the flavourful spices and fried to perfection-this recipe definitely hits the spot.A must try for all seafood lovers.

Ingredients
Fish fillets-260 gm
Salt -to taste
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste-4 tsp
Apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp
Semolina-4 tbsp.
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Lemon wedges & onion rings for garnishing
Method
1.Marinade the fish with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, apple cider vinegar and keep for 2 hours.
2.Dip the fish in semolina and coat it well on both the sides.
3.Add oil in a pan and fry the fish until cooked and crisp.Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.
