Poached Fish in Coconut Milk & Chili Oil

This is a fabulous recipe for seafood lovers. Its got lovely and very subtle flavours and a nice kick of the chili oil for the perfect balance. It’s quick easy, healthy and very delicious!







Some of the ingredients used in tis recipe are








Ingredients for the marination


Fish - 3 medium fillets

Salt-to taste

Garlic- 2-3 cloves chopped

Ginger - 1’’ chopped

Olive oil- 1 tbsp


Ingredients for the sauce


Olive oil- 1.5 tbsp

Garlic- 3-4

Ginger-1’’inch chopped

Coconut milk- 1/2 cup

Water- a dash

Lemon slices-3

Dill - a few sprigs chopped

Chili oil- as per taste



Directions


1.Marinade the fish in the above mentioned ingredients and keep it aside.


2.In a pan add olive oil, fry ginger, garlic until slightly brown. Add the coconut milk  and let it simmer for a minute.


3.Add the fish and let it cook. Add lemon slices on top it, along with come dill .


4.Once the fish is cooked , Garnish it with chili oil and serve it hot along with steamed rice or garlic bread.
