Ingredients for paneer steaks
Sweet potato -boiled-1
Salt & pepper to taste
Paneer steaks -4
Crushed nuts -cashews and almonds-a few
Pumpkin+sesame seeds+sunflower seeds-2 tbsp
Olive oil - a tbsp
Ingredients for the Chimichuri sauce
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika(optional)
½ cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika. Stir in the parsley. Alternatively, you could combine the ingredients in a mortar and pestle or with a few pulses in a food processor.
Now take paneer and cut it into round cubes , stuffed cooked sweet potatoes inside it and make it look like a burger .
Pan it on both the sides until brown for a min or two. Garnish with mixed seeds and serve hot.
