Paneer Sufiyana

This is a perfect appetiser for any occassion. Its quick, easy to prepare , very healthy and extremely flavourful.





Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients


Paneer- 250 gm

Salt- to taste

Ginger garlic paste-  2 tsp

Mustard oil- 1 tsp +(3 tbsp warm mustard oil + 1/2 turmeric powder)

Hung curd- 1/2 cup

Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Saunf powder- 1/2 tsp

Clove powder- 1/2 tsp

Chopped chili- 1 tsp

Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon

Honey- 1 tsp

Capsicum (green) - 1/2 cut in squares

Onion - 1/2 cut in squares



Directions


1.Marinade the paneer in the above ingredinets and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.Thread it in skewers and grill it in the tandoor or a pre heated oven at 180 C until cooked.
