Paneer Kebabs

The most moist, succulent and delicious paneer kebabs which are perfect as an appetizer or as a main course. They are easy to prepare ,healthy and full of protein and good fats!

Ingredients


Paneer -100 gm grated

Potatoes boiled -2

Raisins -2 tbsp

Ginger -1 tbsp grated

Green chillies -1 tbsp

Mint leaves -1 tbsp

Coriander leaves -1 tbsp

Cumin powder -1 tsp

Chaat masala -1 tsp

Salt & pepper to taste

Bread crumbs -2 tbsp

Arrowroot four for a healthier option /cornflour -1 tbsp

Oil- to fry

Coriander leaves for garnishing



Directions


In a bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes , paneer and all the ingredients mentioned above , mix it with well. Adjust the seasonings and make small round kebabs . Add oil in a pan and gently fry it until crisp and golden brown .
