Ingredients for the paneer marinade
Hung curd -6 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
Ajwain /carom seeds -1/4 tsp
Haldi-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Amchur/Raw mango powder-a pinch
Chaat masala powder -1/4tsp
Kashmiri chili powder -1tsp
Salt-to taste
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Paneer -200 gm
Ingredients for assembling the tikka roll
Green chutney -3-4 tbsp or as per taste
Whole wheat roti/parathas -2
Cabbage-3 -4 tbsp
Capsicum (different colors)-3-4 tbsp
Onion rings - a few as per taste
Directions
1.In a bowl, add paneer ,hung curd , all the above mentioned spices and lemon juice and mix it well. Let this marinade for 15 minutes.
2.In a pan, add oil and fry the capsicum and onions (optional).
Keep it aside .
3.To assemble the tikka roll, place the roti/parathas ,add the green chuntney, veggies and paneer and gently roll it into a wrap. Serve hot
