Ingredients for the dressing
Orange juice -2 tbsp
Djorn mustard -1/2 tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil-1 tbsp
Raw brown sugar -1tsp
Roasted white sesame seeds -1 tsp
Ingredients for the salad
Lettuce /Rocket leaves -65 gm
Orange slices - 1/2 orange
Kiwi-1/2 (cut in slices)
Dried cranberries-1 tbsp
Honey glazed hazelnuts/walnuts-6-8
Parmesan - as per taste
Directions
1.In a bowl , add all the ingredients for the dressing,mix it well and keep it aside .
2.In another bowl , add the lettuce , orange ,kiwi ,cranberries & hazelnuts.
3.Add the dressing on top the salad and mix it well. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Serve cold.
