Open faced tuna sandwich


Open Faced Tuna is the ultimate sandwich for all you tuna lovers! Serving them open faced is an easy way to make them healthier and cut the calories.This classic tuna sandwich has the perfect amount of crunch, melty cheese, and veggies.








Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients

Tuna- 3/4 can.

Carrots -1.5 tbsp

Celery -1 tbsp

Onion -1 tbsp

Tomatoes - a few slices

Mayonnaise -1 tbsp

Red wine vinegar-1 tsp

Salt & pepper -to taste

Sourdough bread -3-4 slices

Lettuce - a handful

Avocado slices- 6-8

Micro greens - for garnishing

Parmesan/cheddar cheese - as per taste


Directions 1.In a bowl , add tuna , carrots ,celery ,onion, mayonnaise,vinegar ,salt and pepper and keep it aside. 2.Take a few slices of sourdough bread , add mayonnaise ,lettuce , tomatoes ,tuna mixture and Parmesan cheese.
