This dish makes for a perfect appetiser or a main course. It’s very easy to prepare ,is healthy and can be cooked in 15 minutes.

Ingredients for the sauce
Arrowroot flour- 1 tbsp
Dark soya sauce-1/2 tsp
Light soya sauce- 4 tbsp
Sesame oil- 1 tsp
Brown sugar- 1 tsp
Ingredients for the chicken
Chicken- 1 boneless breast
Wine-2 tbsp
Arrowroot flour- 1 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic-4-5
Dried red chilli- 4-5
Spring onion -white and green for garnishing
Capsicum- 1/2
Directions
1.For the sauce ,add all the ingredients mentioned above, mix it well and keep it aside.
2.Coat the chicken in arrowroot flour, fry it in little oil until crisp and keep it aside.
3.In a pan, add oil.fry ginger, garlic until slightly brown, add red chillies , capsicum and onions and let it cook for a minute on medium to high flame .Add the chicken along with the sauce . Mix it well.Garnish with spring onions greens on top and serve hot.
