This recipe is of a simple ,delicious and a versatile marinade which can be used to make both vegetarian and non vegetarian tikkas. It’s easy to prepare tastes absolutely delicious.
Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are
Ingredients
Paneer- 250 gm
Cauliflower- a few florets
Broccoli- a small bunch
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Cream- 2 tbsp
Hung curd- 1 cup
Cheese- 1 Amul cheese cube (grated) or as per taste
Black pepper- to taste
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Kastoori methi- a pinch (roasted)
Elaichi powder- 1/4 tsp
Ghee- 1 tsp
Lemon juice (optional)- 1 tsp
Directions
1.Marinade all the ingredients and let them rest for 30 minutes .
2.Once done , put them in skewers and grill them in a pre heated oven of 180 C or the tandoor until it’s cooked .
3.Garnish with lemon wedges, onion rings and serve hot with mint chutney.
