Masala Fried Pomfret is the perfect comfort food which can be made very easily using simple ingredients found in every Indian kitchen. This mouthwatering dish is not only delicious but is easy to prepare and very healthy .






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are







Ingredients for marinade


Fish 500gm

Pepper and salt to taste

Kashmiri chili powder/ chili paste

Turmeric powder

Saunf

Garlic

Onion

Lemon juice

Rice flour

Coconut oil -1tbsp



For frying


Coconut oil

Curry leaves.


1.In a blender add all the ingredients of the marinade and blend it until it’s a smooth paste .Marinade the fish in this paste and let it it rest for 30 minutes.


2.In a pan ,add coconut oil and fry the fish gently until it cooked. Add lots of curry leaves amd cook it for another minute . Serve hot.
