Masala Fried Fish


This is a delicious and healthy recipe which is really easy to prepare,requires very little effort and time and makes for the perfect comfort food!





Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients for the paste


Ginger -1 tsp

Garlic -3-4 cloves chopped

Red chilli paste - 1 tsp

Tamarind paste-1 tsp

Saunf-1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Salt and pepper-to taste

Methidana-1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves - a handful


Directions


Blend all of the above until its a smooth paste


Ingredients for the fish


Fish- 3 fillets

Salt-to taste

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Coriander powder-1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice- 1 tsp

Arrowroot/conrnflour-1 /2 tbsp


Directions


1.Marinade the fish with all of the above ingredients along with the blended paste to it and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a pan, add oil and fry it until it’s well cooked Garnish it curry leaves and lemon wedges .Serve hot.
