Ingredients
Hung curd- 1/2 cup
Milk-3 cups
Castor/Brown sugar-4 tbsp
Mango puree-1 cup
Directions
1.In a pan, add milk and sugar and let it simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the milk reduces a bit for about 10 minutes .
2.In a bowl, add hung curd and mango puree and whisk it until well combined.
3.Gradually pour warm milk and continue whisking to avoid any lumps and until the texture is smooth.
4.Pour this mixture into a bowl, cover it and let it rest at outside temperature for 6 hours.
Once done, keep it in the fridge, let it cool for a few hours and serve cold.
