This is the best homemade mango ice cream! It’s easy to prepare , made with just a handful of ingredients,it’s got no preservatives and the best part is that it requires no churning !

1 large ripe mango -to make 1 cups puree
200 gm sweetened condensed milk (milkmaid) (or less if you like it less sweet.
1 cup heavy cream / whipping cream , cold (Do not use regular cream as this recipe requires a heavy or thickened cream)
Instructions
Dice the flesh of the mango .Puree using a blender until its a smooth paste.
Pour puree into a pan and cook it over medium -low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 - 10 minutes or until it reduces by half and let it rest until it cools down.
Combine cooled mango and condensed milk in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
Beat cream with a hand held beater or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Then pour the mango mixture into the cream. Fold through rather gently and do not vigorously mix it until lump free. This will take a few minutes.Once done, pour into a container.
Place a piece of baking / parchment paper on the surface (This will prevent it from forming ice crystals) & freeze overnight.
Remove parchment paper. Stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and serve immediately.
