Homemade& healthy whole wheat brioche buns

These little brioche buns are amazing when they come straight out of the hot oven.They have a soft, fluffy, sweet and buttery flavour.The recipe bellow makes 15-20 buns so you can make a nice big batch of bread and have enough to last you for a few days.










Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients


Whole wheat flour-500 gm

Organic jaggery powder- 150 gm

Dry yeast-15 gm

Salt- 10 gm

Gluten-5 gm

Improver- 5 gm

Water-350 ml

Oil-100 ml



Method


1.Put all of the ingredients together (except oil) in a electric hand blender/kitchen aid.Add the water very slowly and give it a good mix.


2.Slowly add the oil continue mixing until it forms a big and lump.Once done ,make equal size buns in a ball shape. Each ball should be 60 gm.


3.Keep these balls in a warm place for proofing for 30 minutes.


4.Once done,sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the buns and make for 25 min in a preheated oven at 200C.
