Ingredients
Fresh cut riped papaya -300 gm
Banana-1 wiped
Plain yogurt-200 gm
Coconut milk/full fat milk-50 ml
Organic raw jaggery powder-as per taste.
Ice cubes- 4-5
Method
1.In a blender add the cut papaya,banana,yoghurt,jaggery powder,cold milk and ice and blend it.Serve chilled.
Health and cooking tips
1.Try and consume smoothies or any fresh juices within 5 minutes of it getting freshly made/squeezed since it starts loosing its nutrients slowly if kept out for a long time.
2.You can use homemade almond/coconut milk in place of full fat milk for a healthier /lactose free/vegan option.
3.You can add raw jaggery power/raw organic honey for extra sweetness.
