This is a healthier version of Quesadillas inspired by the Mexican version.Its healthy,delicious,easy ,protein packed and full of vitamins and good fats.
Some of the ingredients used in this receipe are
Ingredients
Tortillas / or any healthy bread of your choice -2 (I have used ragi flour roti)
Hummus -2 tbsp
Paprika -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Parsley -1 tbsp + extra for garnishing
Avocado -1
Corn -1/2 cup
Cheese -mozzarella ,feta or Amul
Feta cheese - for garnish
Directions
In a bowl , add hummus , parsley and paprika and mix it well. Take tortillas, spread some hummus mixture , add sliced avocado ,boiled corn ,chilli oil or chili flakes (optional) and cheese ,gently fold it and grill it in a pan . Garnish with feta cheese and parsley and serve hot.
