Ingredients
Milk- 1/2 cup or just a bit more to get a medium-thick consistency.
Blueberries/Jamun/black grapes or Karwandas or any soft fruit of your choice -3/4 cup
Yogurt -1/2 cup
Chia seeds -1 tsp
Peanut butter/Almond butter-1 tbsp
Dates -1 seedless
Frozen banana -1
Coconut flakes(toasted) -3-4 (optional)
Raspberries /strawberry -(optional)-1/2 cup
Water -a dash
Almonds (without skin)-4-5
Directions
1.In a blender add almond milk ,raspberries,yogurt ,chia seeds , almond butter , dates and frozen banana with a dash of water and blend it well.
2.Once done , transfer this in a serving bowl. Garnish with some blueberries , coconut flakes, frozen banana , kiwi and chia seeds. Serve cold and enjoy.
