Healthy Apricot Cake


This healthy cake is the most delicious and moist cake. It's easy to prepare ,perfect as a teatime snack as well as birthday parties.






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients


Whole wheat flour- 90 gm

Oatmeal flour- 90 gm

Baking powder- 1.5 tsp

Raw Brown sugar/jaggery powder - 150 gm

Salt- pinch

Butter- 150 gm

Eggs-2

Milk- 120 ml

Vanilla extract -1 tsp

Apricots -10-15 dried

Almond flakes - 1/4 cup



Instructions


1.Pre heat oven 175 C. Grease the cake mould with little butter, line it with parcement paper and keep it aside.


2.In a bowl add all the 2 flours,baking powder and all the other dry ingredients mix it well and keep it aside


4.In another bowl add all the wet ingredients mix it well and keep it aside .


5.Now add the wet ingredients along with the dry ingredients and mix it well until they are well combined.


6.Transfer the batter into a cake mould , add and sprinkle the apricots and the almond flakes and bake it for 45 minutes .


7.Once done , remove it from the oven and let it cool down for 30 minutes and enjoy
