Instructions:
In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Blend into a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the green paste with yogurt, gram flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Longer marination enhances the flavor.
Preheat your grill or oven to a medium-high temperature.
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
Grill or bake the paneer skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is cooked and has a slightly charred appearance.
Once done, remove the skewers from the grill or oven.
Garnish the Paneer Hariyali Tikka with lemon wedges, onion rings, and fresh coriander/mint leaves.
Serve hot with mint chutney and enjoy your delicious Paneer Hariyali Tikka.
