These juicy, moist and succulent Lamb chops are every meat lover’s delight. They are healthy, very easy to prepare and will become a big hit at all your parties.

Ingredients
Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Thai red curry paste
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Water - a dash
Kaffir time leaves- 4-5 chopped
Basil leaves- 5-6 roughly torn
Fish sauce- 1 tbsp
Palm sugar/brown sugar - 1.5 tsp
Thai red chili- 1
Lamb chops- 4-5
Directions
1.In a pan, add oil and frying the Thai curry paste for a minute or two until an aroma develops. Add a little water, fish sauce, palm sugar, basil and kaffir lime leaves ,Thai chilli and mix it well. Marinade the lamb chops in the above marinade and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2.In a grill pan, add oil and grill these lamb chops until they are cooked . Garnish with herbs (optional) and serve them hot.
