This grilled chicken salad recipe is perfectly tender and juicy.It makes for a great luncher a side dish and can be put together in less than fifteen minutes. A perfect weekday win :)

Ingredients
1.Onion chopped -1 tbsp
2.Garlic-1 tsp
3.Yogurt-2 tbsp
4.Olive oil- 1 tbsp
5.Apple cider vinegar-1 tbsp
6.Raw brown sugar/jaggery powder-1 tbsp
7.Poppy seeds-1 tbsp
8.Salt-to taste
9.Arugula/ rocquet leaves- a handful
10.Baby spinach leaves- 2 tbsp
11.Parsley-1 tbsp
12.Coriander leaves-1 tbsp
13.Spring onion greens- 1 tbsp
14.Grilled/poached chicken-1/2 cup
15.Orange slices-1/2 cup
16.Roasted almonds- 5-7
Method
1.In a blender add all the ingredients from point 1-8 and blend it well until its a smooth paste
2.In another bowl assemble the rest of the ingredients from point 9-16.
3.Pour this creamy dressing on top of the salad and toss it well. Serve cold.
