This chicken and avocado sandwich is perfect for a quick and healthy lunch.Layered with avocado,lettuce,chicken and tomatoes this sandwich is a healthy well balanced meal with protein plenty of healthy fats and fibre.

Chicken -75 gm
Olive oil-1 tbsp
Garlic-1tsp
Salt & white pepper -to taste
Thyme-1 tsp
Cabbage -1 cup
Mayonnaise-1tbsp
Diorn mustard-1 tbsp
Tomatoes -3 slices
Lettuce-1-2
Parmesan cheese- as per taste
Avocado-1/4 sliced
Sourdough bread -3 slices
Directions
1.In a bowl, marinade the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme & garlic and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2.In a pan, add olive oil and fry the chicken until cooked.
3.In another bowl, add cabbage, mayonnaise and diorn mustard and mix it well.
4.Take toasted sourdough slices add mayonnaise and assemble the cabbage,chicken,cheese, tomatoes avocado and fried egg in between the 3 slices of bread. Add some butter on top of the bread and grill it and serve hot.
