Fried eggs with chilli oil and pesto sauce

These delicious fried eggs in chili oil will soon become your new favourite .They are soft and gooey from the inside and crispy at the edges. A must try and you will be plesantly surprised.

Ingredients


Chill oil- 1 tbsp

Eggs-2

Cheese-  as per taste

Pesto sauce- 1 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Spring onion greens - for garnish and extra flavour.



Directions


1. In a pan add chili oil or olive oil. Crack in 2 eggs . Add cheese, salt ,pepper, chili oil, and little pesto sauce and let the eggs cook for 2 minutes.


2.Once done, garnish with spring onion greens and serve these hot with toasted sourdough bread.
