Fried eggs with a creamy mushroom


Diving into a breakfast adventure! Sunny-side-up eggs hanging out under a cozy blanket of creamy mushroom and spinach goodness. It's like a hug for your taste buds! These are the most delicious eggs which are so easy to prepare ,are delicous and can be prepared in just 5 minutes. A must try!







Some ingredients used in this recipe are






Ingredients


Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Mushroom - 4-5

Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp

Garlic- 1 chopped (optional)

Cream- 1-2 tbsp

Milk- a dash

Baby spinach leaves- 4-5

Eggs- 2

Salt & pepper- to taste

Cheese- to taste

Red chlillies- for garnish

Sourdough bread- 2 slices well toasted with butter




Directions


1.In a pan, add olive oil, fry garlic followed by mushrooms for a few minutes. Once the mushrooms and cooked, add tomato paste, cream and milk and let the sauce simmer for a minute or two.


2.Crack in the eggs and add the spinach and let it cook for a minute or two. Add the cheese. Once its done, switch off the gas and serve hot with sourdough bread


Note-( Do not overcook the eggs. Or else it will become very dry)
