Fresh and healthy Quinoa muesli

This creamy ,fresh and healthy protein rich quinoa muesli is a make-ahead breakfast can be prepared in less than 15 minutes and is a must try!






Some of the ingredients used in this recipe







Ingredients


Quinoa-2 tbsp (washed boiled and cooked).

Shredded coconut/ dessicated coconut  -2 tbsp

Mixed seeds-2 tbsp (sunflower,pumpkin,flax,chia)

Black raisins/cranberries  -1.5 tbsp

Milk -1/2 cup

Yogurt-1/4 cup

Vanilla extract -1 tsp

Earth stories date and jaggery powder- as per taste.

Grated apple -1/2

Roasted cashews/almonds -5-6 lightly crushed.




Directions


1.In a bowl add the quinoa  ,dessicated coconut, mixed seeds , date jaggery powder

,raisins, salt and grated apple.


2.Now add all the wet ingredients including milk ,yogurt ,vanilla extract and roasted almonds and mix it well.


3.Cover this with a cling film and keep it overnight in the fridge .


4.Once done , remove it from the fridge ,remove the cling film , add a dash of milk (if required) . Transfer it into small serving bowls . Garnish with chopped fresh fruits.  Serve cold.
