Fish Florentine

This easy Fish Florentine recipe, made with a pan seared firm. white fish served on a creamy bed of spinach feels like something you would order out in a fancy restaurant! This recipe is absoluetly delicious and the perfect pairing with a firm white fish







Some of the ingredients use in this recipe are






Ingredients for the marinade Fish -250 gm Olive oil-1 tbsp Salt & pepper Garlic -2 chopped Ingredients for the sauce Olive oil-1.5 tbsp Butter-1 tsp Red capsicum (chopped)-35 gm Garlic-2 cloves chopped Spinach -one big bowl Cream -2 tbsp Cream cheese 1 tsp Parmesan cheese -3-4 tbsp Salt & pepper -to taste Wine (optional)-1 tbsp Water -2 tbsp Directions 1.Marinade fish in olive oil , garlic ,salt & pepper & keep it aside. 2.In a pan add olive oil , butter , capsicum , garlic ,spinach and cook for a few minutes. Add the cream, parmesan cheese ,cream cheese ,wine & water and let it simmer for a minute or two.

3.In a pan add olive oil and fry the marinated fish on both the sides until its well cooked.

4.In a serving plate , add the cooked spinach mixture and place the fish on top of it. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot .
