Some of the ingredients used in tis recipe are
Ingredients
Grape seed oil -2 tbsp
Onion-2 tbsp
Garlic-1 tbsp
Red capsicum -2 tbsp
Yellow capsicum-2tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Spring onion -2 tbsp
Prawns-6-8
Arrowroot powder -2 tbsp
Green chillies-1-2 chopped
(Note- grape seed oil is a healthier substitute of refined vegetable oil & arrowroot powder is a healthier substitute of corn flour )
Directions
1.In a plate, add arrowroot powder. Toss the prawns properly in it and make sure they are well coated on both the sides with arrowroot powder and keep them aside .
2.In a pan add oil and fry the onions, red and green capsicum ‚garlic & the spring onion greens. Add salt and pepper to taste and gently sauté it for a min or two.
3.In another pan, add oil and fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Once done, transfer the prawns in a plate and garnish with the fried onion and capsicum mixture (from point no.2) Enjoy it hot.
