Creamy shrimp pasta is a delicious and indulgent dish that combines the rich flavours of creamy sauce with succulent shrimps.

Ingredients
8 oz (about 225g) spaghetti or your favourite pasta
1 lb (about 450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tbsp of white wine
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter, minced garlic Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to cook for a couple of minutes.
Lower the heat, add the heavy cream, and stir to combine. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and let them heat through in the sauce for a minute or two.
In a pot of boiling water cook the pasta until al dante and remove some of the pasta water and keep it aside. Strain the cooked pasta (reserving some of the pasta water),add it to the cooked shrimps along with little pasta water,tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
