Kale leaves- a handful
Pineapple-1/2 cup
Banana-1/2
Orange-1/2 cup
Raw organic honey-as per taste
Water-1 cup
Almond flakes-without skin
Chia seeds -for garnishing
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until its
a smooth paste.
