Creamy Japanese egg sandwiches



These Japanese mini egg sandwiches are the creamiest ,softest and the most amazing “mini egg sandwiches”you will ever have! And trust me when I say this! Once you try these amazing sandwiches ,you will be really glad that you tried them 😊








Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are




Ingredients


1.Egg-3

2.Mayonnaise-1/2 tbsp (preferably Japanese Mayo-Kewpie brand).

3.Salt & pepper -to taste

4.Butter -1.5 tbsp

5.Good quality soft bread.


Directions


1.Boil the eggs , peel off the skin. Cut them into half.


2.Separate the egg yolks and the whites.


3.In a bowl add the egg yolks, butter,mayonnaise,salt & pepper and mix it very thoroughly until you get a very smooth and creamy texture.


4.Roughly chop the egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk mixture and mix it well.


5.Take bread /burger buns and cut it into half. Add mayonnaise. Add the egg mixture , add lettuce (optional) and make it into a sandwich. Enjoy .
