This crab pasta in a simple garlic butter sauce with a dash of lemon and white wine is one of the quickest and tastiest recipes you can whip up with minimal ingredients and loads of flavour! It requires a few good-quality ingredients and lets them shine!

Ingredients
4 oz linguine pasta or as much as you like.
150 gm-200 gm -Crab meat
1 red Thai chilli
10 cloves garlic finely chopped
5-6 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
parsley for garnish
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Chill flakes (optional) as per taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)- as per taste
Instructions
1.Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
3.Add the crab meat to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat the crab through.
4.Toss in the and red pepper flakes. If using white wine, pour it into the skillet and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
5.Add the cooked linguine to the skillet along with the lemon juice. Toss everything together, incorporating the pasta with the crab mixture. If the pasta seems dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
6.Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
7.Serve the crab linguine hot, garnished with grated parmesan, red Thai chilli and parsley cheese if desired.
