Coriander chili masala fish

Coriander chili masala fish is a tantalizing dish that showcases the vibrant flavors of coriander, chili, and various spices. The fish fillets are marinated in a mixture of ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger, garlic, and other aromatic spices. This marinade infuses the fish with a harmonious blend of fragrant and spicy flavors. The fish is then cooked to perfection, either grilled, pan-fried, or baked, allowing the flavors to meld and the fish to become tender and flaky. The coriander adds a refreshing herbal note, while the chili provides a fiery kick. Ingredients


Mustard seeds-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Salt -to taste

Fish -200 gm

Green chilli- 1

Yogurt-2 tbsp

Lemon-1 tbsp

Curry leaves -8-10

Oil-2 tbsp

Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Lemon wedges for garnish


Directions


1.In a mixie ,add coriander leaves , chillies , yogurt and grind it into a thick purée.


2.Marinade the fish in salt , turmeric powder and the above purée and keep it aside for 15 min.


3.In a frying pan, add oil and fry the fish on both the sides until it’s well cooked.


4.In another small pan, add oil and mustard seeds. Once these seeds start to splutter ,add curry leaves and spilt green chillies. (tadka).


5.Pour this on top of the fish and garnish with lemon wedges . Serve hot.
