The perfect refreshing ,healthy and energising drink to start your mornings
Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are
Ingredients
1 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup milk / non-dairy milk
2 shots of espresso, or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
2 large dates, pits removed. If using smaller dates, use 3-4 as per taste
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6-8 ice cubes
Pinch of salt -optional
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
Yogurt -2 tbsp
Oats -1 tbsp
Honey optional -if required
Topping options
Cinnamon
Whipped cream
Shaved dark chocolate
Cocoa powder
Yogurt
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Divide among two cups and top with your toppings of choice
