Chocolate banana and coffee smoothie


This smoothie is not only delicious,very quick and easy to prepare but is full of healthy fats and protein. It’s perfect for breakfast or as an evening snack!

Ingredients


Dark chocolate-as per taste

Water-1 cup

Frozen banana-1

Cocoa powder-1 tbsp

Chia seeds-1 tsp

Milk of your choice -1/2 cup

Coffee-1 shot expresso /1 tbsp of instant coffee powder

Ice cubes (if you want it thicker)



Directions


Blend all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
