This is a perefct,quick ,easy ,healthy and delicous appetizer which is a big hit at any parties or occassion. Its's easy to prepare, very delicious and a must try!
Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are
1st Marination
Chicken - 150 gm
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Lemon-1/2
Kashmiri chili powder-1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Directions
Marinade the chicken with the above ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2nd Marination
Mustard oil- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilim powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Kasturi methi- 1/4 tsp
Hung Yogurt- 2 tbsp
Directions
After the 1st marination is done, add the above ingredients of the 2nd marination and let it rest for a minimum 30 minutes or overnight for best results. Once done, put it on the skewers and grill it in the tandoor or oven or pan fry until it’s well cooked . Your tandoori chicken tikka is now ready. Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges and serve hot with green chutney.
