This dish is a healthier version of the classic dish chicken stroganoff!Its easy to prepare, its quick and utterly delicous. This can be served with garlic bread,pasta or steamed rice.

Ingredients for the chicken
Chicken-250 gm
Garlic- 3
Salt & pepper- to taste
Olive oil-1 tbsp
Arrowroot powder- 2 tbsp. (The original recipe includes all purpose flour)
Ingredients for the gravy
Olive oil-
Butter-1 tbsp
Onion-1/2 finely chopped
Garlic- 3
Mushrooms- 4-5
Djorn mustard- 1/1/2 tsp
White wine- 2 tbsp
Stock- 1 cup
Salt & pepper- to taste
Sour cream- 2 tbsp
Paprika- as per taste
Parsley- to garnish
Direction
1.Marinade the chicken with the ingredients mentioned above.
2.In a pan, add olive oil ,butter , add the mushrooms and cook it for a few minutes. Add mustard, paprika and continue to cook. Add the wine, arrowroot flour chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3.Add cream, add salt & pepper and the chicken and let it cook until the sauce thickens. Once done garnish with parsley and serve hot.
