The perfect, chicken curry ,bursting with amazing flavours! Its healthy, easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are
Ingredients for the marinade
750 gm Chicken
Kashmiri chili paste - 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chicken masala/biryani masala
2 tbsp ginger garlic& green chili paste
Yogurt - 1 cup
2 tbsp oil
1/2 lemon juice
Whole spices
Bay leaf -2
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Cinnamon -2
Green elachi -3-4
Black peppercorn -5-6
Cloves -4
For the paste -(mixie)
10- 12 Cashews +10 almonds+ 10 pistachios + 2 medium fried onions+
1cup milk.
Directions
1.In a blender , add all the ingredients for the paste and blend it until it’s a smooth paste.
2.Marinade the chicken in all the spices mentioned above and let it marinade for 3-4 hours .
3.In a pan ,add oil, along with the whole spices and let it cook for a minute. Add the marinated chicken along with the paste ,and let it cook on low flame until it’s done. Adjust the seasonings and garnish with coriander leaves . Serve hot
