This creamy chicken murg makhani is by far one of my favourite dishes in Indian cuisine.This recipe with aromatic succulent pieces of grilled and mixed in an incredible creamy curry sauce is the best you will every try.

1.Cashews-10-15
2.Ginger garlic paste-2-3 tbsp
3.Kashmiri chili paste-2 tbsp
4.Brown fried onion-1.5
5.Coriander powder-1 tsp
6.Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
7.Tomatoes-1/2 cup
8.Ghee/clarified butter-1 tbsp
9.Bay leaf-1

11.Black cardamom-1
12.Kastoori methi-1 tsp
13.Fresh cream-2-3 tbsp
14.Tomato ketchup-3-4 tbsp
15.Butter-3 tbsp
16Salt-to taste

Method
1.In a blender,blend all the ingredients from point no 1-7 until its a smooth paste.
2.In a pan add ghee, bay leaf,cinnamon,black cardamom,the grounded paste,and kastoori methi and mix well.Let it simmer for 5 min.
3.Add fresh cream,tomato ketchup, salt,red chili powder and honey and give it a good mix.
4.Add the grilled tandoori chicken to this gravy.Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with breads.
